was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She attended Kingsborough Community College majoring in Nursing. Into her second year she realized her true passion was in the dental field.

In January 2010, she graduated from New York School of Medical and Dental Assisting with Honors. Shortly after graduating, Dr. Frost’s office became a place where she call's home.

Outside of work she enjoys watching movies, painting, and spending time with close family and friends.
