Dr. Frost attended Barnard College, Columbia University, where she obtained her undergraduate degree in biopsychology. As an undergraduate, she was awarded a Howard Hughes Fellowship to work with Dr. Eric Kandel, a Nobel Prize winning electrophysiologist at Columbia University.
After several years of research and publications, Dr. Frost moved to Philadelphia to attend The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Graduating in 2001, Dr. Frost continued her training at Montefiore Hospital Department of Dentistry, becoming Chief Resident and being inducted into the prestigious Leo M. Davidoff Society of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine for outstanding achievement.
